This game's concept is actually very awesome... and honestly this would become a really amazing MMO.

What people don't understand about this game is it is supposed to be real time... games like tribal wars are similar to this, so there isn't an issue with actual game mechanics... that's just synonyms with the damn genre of games this game is in! (so stop whining about the timer -_-)

Secondly, you are haggling the player too much with the tokens. You don't need to put it in our faces so much, just tell us it's there, that we can make things in the game run x20 smoother but don't advertise too much about it. Remember, you need to make your game cool first, and have a solid reputation BEFORE you can even think about advertising as much as you do (but you've got a fairly okay fan base so far... 100k views in more then a week is kina alright for ng.)

Last of all, I don't know whether it's a bug or just something that I haven't done yet, but for some reason, I can't improve my shop via the "coperation" system thingy. I have tried to open up on one of my staff's pop up, but none of my upgrades are appearing. Whether it's something you left out in the turoial, or it's a bug, I suggest you look into it pronto! It kinda sucks wasting 1k coins just to realise you can't do anything with it.

In conclusion:
~ FUCKING AWESOME CONCEPT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I love it! and many people do as well)
~ Needs a tiny bit less advertisement (it makes you look desperate <_< sorry if that was harsh -.-)
~ Bugs in the improvment system (you know... the thingy with the "handshake" icon that lets you create stuff that you buy via the improvements thingy... ya know? XD)

Anyways... just writing this to pass the time... (damn timer >_>)

Insane Gornex is insane >_>

:) I lasted until wave 11... yey?

Anyways it's a nice challenge, but I think it's meant to be impossilbe for anyone whom is playing it :P (just look at the spike in weapon upgrades when you've reached lvl 4?)

It's an awesome game, why can't people stop rage quiting and try to understand that >_>

The only issue here is that it's old... but you can't blame anyone for that. For it's time and for a first chapter game, this was done well.

Quit crying like babies :P

Ridiculously hard, unfortunately I don't think that I was born in the right generation to play this one >_> (the NES generation I mean... i.e. if that makes sense -_- )

Anyways, I just gave up on it. But I get how this would be addictive if you had the patience. That's why I'm giving it a 3.5/5 in review and 3/5 for vote.

Amazing game! :D

I personally think this is an awesome tutorial. I'm a musican, (and mainly the only creative stuff I have to contribute to NG is music) but I would like to at some point to go into animation and/or art when I have the time :) .

Anyways, many of the basics on drawing structures of characters is covered , and anyone trying to learn can get a better understanding of it. But personally, I felt slightly disappointing when I couldn't draw it for myself on the screen, as I was kinda expecting a sort of game that would let me paint as you instruct. Have a look around NG, you'll see some tutorials on simple manga drawing and you'll kinda get what this tutorial is missing

Anyways, I gave it 3.5/5, not just because of the previous point but I didn't even realized I got all those medals until I scrolled down a little XD. You might want to fix that next time around :P (again, have a look around in NG, they have a sort of animation and sound when you get a medal... and that into the game :P)

There are many "nr" moment in this game... it need a HELL OF A LOT OF TWEAKING. Considering that you did this in 24 hours... I can tell that this game is good, as I tried to design a game in 3 weeks and my game did worse then this... And I didn't have to design my own graphics either >__>

So, I say 3.5 stars... It's an impressive feat for 24 hours, but the game mechanics need a LOT of work... and the level design... VERY annoying (no I'm not talking about the square, I'm talking about how you respawn in the game)

48 hours, you give me too much credit.

I loved these types of games. If done right, visual novels can be great works of art. Well done.

I however recommend putting more characters in the scenes... Like when you first start school, it feels very empty in that scene because it looks like there's no one around :\

But otherwise, this is amazing work, so well done. :)

If it weren't for the last scene of the game, I guess this game would be considered the most professional. The art is beautiful, there's (mega!)awesome music, super voice actors, graphics are awesome.

In fact, everything about this game is awesome. Well done :D

Hello there. The name's Jeromia. I play and record live music and put it up on Newgrounds. That's about it really. Oh yeah, I sometimes review movies/games too >:3 ~~~~~\o/~~~~~~ (but that's just my excuse for procrastinating XD)
